Item return request is made within 14 days of the delivery.
All tickets attached, in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
Once the item is received and meets all the return eligibility, a full refund will be issued.

Item return request is made after 14 days of the delivery.
All tickets attached, in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
Once the item is received and meets all the exchange or credit eligibility, an exchange or credit will be issued.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Making a return is convenient. Please contact us at RETURNS and include “return + the order number” in the message box.
Shipping costs at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping cost. We cannot refund the shipping fee if the order is returned damaged due to shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
